Whether
you haven't yet hit your childbearing years, you don't
plan to have children, or you have already passed that
time in your life, as a woman you need to take time
to ensure your reproductive health. Regular medical
visits can help detect infections before they become
a problem and can even detect various types of cancer
such as breast, cervical or ovarian cancer
while they can still be successfully treated. Of course,
your practitioner can also help you with issues of fertility
or help you find a contraceptive choice that suits your
needs. Be proactive! Take control of your health. For
information on where to go for low- or no-cost medical
care, see IN Title X
Clinics.
