The Indiana Family Health Council and the Indiana State
Department of Health jointly conduct a chlamydia and
gonorrhea screening program for non-profit medical agencies.
The purpose is to provide low-cost testing to patients
throughout Indiana to encourage screening for these
sexually transmitted diseases. Early detection and treatment
can prevent infertility.
