Reproductive Anatomy

It's important that you become familiar with your body and learn about your own reproductive health:

Penis:

The main male sex organ

Scrotum:

The bag or sack that hangs below the penis and holds the testicles

Testicles:

The organs that make sperm

Epididymis:

The part of the scrotum where the sperm matures and is stored before ejaculation

Prostate:

The gland that produces semen, the fluid which a man ejaculates

Vas Deferens:

The tubes that carry sperm from the testes to the urethra

Foreskin:

The loose skin over the end of the penis, which is usually cut off or "circumcised" after birth

Glans:

The "head"; the large end of the penis that can be seen when the foreskin is not covering it

Urethra:

The tube that drains urine from the bladder to the outside of the body and also transports semen outside of the body
