The first step is to come in to a Family Planning Resource closest to you for a pregnancy test. If you are pregnant, IFHC staff will help you find out if you are eligible for assistance programs and get you enrolled. Options counseling also is available. If you are not pregnant and would like to add to your family, our staff can provide information on family planning.
